www.clearaccess.cz is operated by Filip Důbrava, trading as ClearAccess, Company ID (IČO) 24646687, registered address Habánov 979/6, 691 45 Podivín, Czech Republic, a sole trader registered in the Czech Trade Register, not registered for VAT. Contact: info@clearaccess.cz.

2. Purpose of the website

The website provides information about ClearAccess services. Its content is for information only and is not an offer to enter into a contract. Services are provided under an individual proposal and contract; where the contract differs from the website, the contract prevails.

Our services are intended for companies and other businesses.

3. Example scenarios

Interface demos, examples and figures on the website and in our videos are illustrative. All names, companies and data are fictional; they are not references or real clients. Results for a particular company always depend on its environment.

4. Copyright

Texts, graphics, animations, videos and the logo on this website are protected by Czech copyright law (Act No. 121/2000 Coll.) and belong to ClearAccess unless stated otherwise. You may not copy, modify or distribute them without our written consent, except for uses permitted by law (such as quotation with attribution).

The website uses third-party software and fonts in line with their licences:

• Manrope and Inter fonts: SIL Open Font License 1.1,
• GSAP library: GSAP Standard License (Webflow),
• Astro framework: MIT licence.

5. Trademarks

Microsoft, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Excel, Forms, Entra, Intune, Defender, Purview and Copilot are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Other names mentioned (such as Google Workspace, Gmail, Dropbox, Seznam) belong to their owners.

We use these names only to describe the products we work with. ClearAccess is an independent service provider; mentioning them does not mean their owners sponsor or endorse us.

6. Liability

We prepare the content carefully but can’t guarantee it is always complete and up to date. General information is no substitute for assessing a specific situation. We are liable for damage arising from use of the website’s information only to the extent required by law.

The website may be temporarily unavailable, for example during maintenance.

7. Links to other websites

We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to.

8. Personal data and cookies

How we process personal data is described in the privacy policy. The website uses no cookies, see Cookies.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are decided by the competent Czech courts.

If you contract with us as a consumer, you have the right to out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz).
