What is the 20-minute consultation?
A short online call with no preparation and no commitment. We find what slows you down and tell you what to tackle first and whether we can help.
How much does it cost?
The price always depends on the scope of work. After the consultation we send you a quote, and work starts only once you approve it.
Which companies do you work for?
Companies that use, or want to use, Microsoft 365, with or without their own IT. If you have an IT department, we complement it where Microsoft 365 and Power Platform expertise is needed. Typically offices, agencies, manufacturing and construction firms and e-shops.
Do we have to commit long term?
No. Every step stands on its own. Ongoing management is optional and has a notice period stated in the contract.
Do you work outside Prague?
Yes. Most work happens online. In person in Prague, elsewhere by agreement.
Do you work in English?
Yes, in Czech and English, including documentation and training.
Security and access
Why is read-only access enough for an audit?
The Global Reader role can read all Microsoft 365 settings but cannot change anything or open mail and file content. That’s all an audit needs.
Who on your team will have access?
Named members of our team you know in advance. Each has their own account with MFA, and everyone is under NDA.
What happens to access at the end?
We remove it within 5 business days of handover, unless we continue with management, and send you a confirmation.
How do you handle our data?
Data stays in your Microsoft 365. Working exports from an audit are kept only as long as needed, then deleted. A data processing agreement covers it all.
Microsoft 365 and licences
Do we need new licences or software?
Usually not. Power Automate and most tools are part of Microsoft 365. Where a higher licence is needed, we say so upfront and explain why.
Do you sell Microsoft licences?
No. You buy licences yourself or through your supplier. We recommend the right mix.
We don’t have Microsoft 365. Can you help us move?
Yes. We move mail, calendars, contacts and files promptly and in the background, without interrupting day-to-day work.
Can you build a complete Microsoft 365 for a new company or a rebrand?
Yes. With our Complete Microsoft 365 system service we design and build the whole environment: domains, accounts, security, SharePoint and Teams, automation and dashboards. For new companies, rebrands and mergers, and as a modernisation of an existing environment.
Will you replace our IT company?
No. We don’t do hardware, networks or helpdesk. We complement IT companies where Microsoft 365 needs to work for the business.
