Do we need Power BI?
Not always. Simpler overviews can be built in Excel or SharePoint, which you already have. We recommend Power BI for several data sources or many readers.
Can you connect to our accounting system?
Usually through a regular export from the accounting system to SharePoint, which then loads automatically. Direct connections are handled case by case.
How often do the numbers refresh?
As needed, typically once to several times a day. The owner sees yesterday’s numbers in the morning.
