Automation

Invoices, approvals in Teams, onboarding and email triage run automatically, with alerts if something fails.

For companies where people do the same manual work every week.

What we help with

Every week people retype data between email, Excel and other systems, save attachments, watch deadlines and chase approvals. Power Automate, already in your licence, can do it for them.

Outcome

Processes that run on their own, documented, with alerts when something fails.

What the service includes

Simple automations

Invoice attachments save to the right folder, contract expiry reminders.

Approvals

Leave, purchases, invoices. One-click approval in Teams.

Complex processes

Company-wide onboarding, invoice processing, new projects from one form.

Automation upkeep

Changes after a process changes, fixes when something breaks.

How it works
  1. 1

We map the process with the person who does it today: trigger, steps, exceptions, approvers.

  2. 2

We design the solution and confirm your licence covers it. Any premium connectors are named upfront.

  3. 3

We build it under a company service account, not one employee’s account.

  4. 4

We test on sample and real data, including error cases.

  5. 5

We hand it over with documentation and a short demo for users.

  6. 6

We monitor and fine-tune it for the first 14 days.

What you get

  • A working automation in Power Automate
  • Error handling and alerts when something fails
  • A SharePoint log for approvals and more complex processes
  • Documentation: what it does, where the data is, what to do on failure
  • A demo for users

What’s needed

  • Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard or Premium
  • A licensed service account to run automations (we help set it up)
  • Someone who knows the process and signs it off
  • A Power Automate Premium licence only for external systems, always stated upfront
Example scenario

Marketing agency, 14 people: timesheets, invoice filing and onboarding now run on their own. Approvals take one click in Teams.

FAQ about this service

What if the person who uses the automation leaves?

Automations run under a company service account with several owners, so one person leaving doesn’t stop them.

Do we need to buy more software?

Usually not. Power Automate with standard connectors (Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Forms, Approvals) is part of Microsoft 365. If more is needed, we say so in the proposal.

How do we know an automation failed?

Every automation sends an alert to Teams or by email. With ongoing management, we watch and fix failures for you.
