How we work

Every engagement follows the same process. You know what’s happening, who has access and what you get at the end.

How an engagement runs

  1. 01

    Consultation

20 minutes online, no preparation. We identify where your company loses the most time and where to start.

  2. 02

    Proposal

A concrete scope, what is and isn’t included, the licences needed and an indicative timeline. No hidden items.

  3. 03

    Contract and NDA

Before any access, we sign the contract, an NDA and a GDPR data processing agreement.

  4. 04

    Access

Named accounts with two-step sign-in (MFA) and only the roles the work needs. An audit needs read-only access.

  5. 05

    Delivery and verification

We roll changes out gradually and log each one. We verify the result with you in real use.

  6. 06

    Handover

Documentation, a handover record and a short meeting with the owner. The system remains under your control.

  7. 07

    Access removal or management

Without ongoing management, we remove our access within 5 business days and confirm it.

Security and discretion

We work where your data lives. That’s why these rules apply to every engagement, no exceptions.

Read-only access

Audits use the Global Reader role. We see settings, not the content of mail and files.

A named team under NDA

You know exactly which of us has access. No shared accounts, no anonymous technicians.

Least privilege

Only the roles a task needs, and only for as long as it takes.

GDPR and a processing agreement

We process your people’s personal data only under contract and only for the engagement.

Every change logged

What, when, who, why and how to roll it back. The log is part of the documentation.

Access removed at the end

We delete ClearAccess accounts and confirm it. Audit data is deleted as agreed.

What you get at the end

  • Documentation the owner can read, too
  • A change log with rollback steps
  • Staff guides where a change affects them
  • A handover record and a meeting to walk through it

Working with your IT

We leave hardware, networks, printers and helpdesk to IT companies or your internal IT. If you have IT, we agree on who does what. If not, we recommend a trusted IT company.

What ClearAccess doesn’t do

  • Hardware and printers
  • Networks and Wi-Fi
  • User support (helpdesk)
  • Licence reselling
